Five steps in sequence. Each produces something that reaches you before the next begins — so you always know where your order stands.

The brief
You tell us the material, the format and the quality you need, and what it is for. The sharper the specification, the fewer rounds afterwards.

The search
We look for the material across Türkiye — not only in the quarries that exhibit at fairs. What you need is often in a basin with no stand at Verona.

Selection at the block
We go to the quarry and choose the block ourselves, with your specification in hand. We do not select from a price list: we select on the stone, wet.

Photographs, video and numbering
Every block is photographed and filmed at the quarry before loading, and numbered so that the number comes back on the packing list. Nothing arrives that you have not already seen.

Loading and shipping
Loaded on the agreed terms, with documents transmitted before the vessel sails.

If something does not match
Claims open with the photographs and video of the block on the table: the material we showed you before loading is the reference, and the number on the block matches the one on the packing list. If what lands does not match it, we take it up with the quarry.
